I opened a hair and makeup salon with a partner developing a line of makeup and hair products where I was also able to transition out of day-to-day operations and sell to new ownership.
Before small business entrepreneurship, I served in operations and management positions in the nonprofit and corporate world, beginning my career as an Economic Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. I am a sought-after presenter and previously served as an adjunct Communications Professor at UT Dallas Jindal School of Management.
I am an expert on entrepreneurship, business growth and building a results-organized culture, where I have been a featured speaker at conferences and events across the country. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance, a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications, and a Certified Executive Coach.
