Clearing The Path To Success with A Humble Attitude with Aaron Linnebach
One major mistake a small business usually makes is focusing too much on its finances. Many don’t realize that the most important first step towards success is having a humble attitude. Discussing this topic with Susan Frew and Marla DiCarlo is their Managing Director at Raincatcher, Aaron Linnebach. He explains how business leaders can get out of the feeling of being stuck, find the best people for delegation, and embrace constant growth just by having the right level of humility. Aaron also talks about his journey from being a small business owner himself who jumped into business brokerage, detailing how Raincatcher gave his career a much bigger purpose.
