Kate is an experienced Valuation and Financial Analysis professional with extensive experience in evaluating companies, analyzing markets and databases, due diligence, resolving pricing discrepancies, and conducting valuation reports. She has performed valuations of closely held companies, financial instruments, and complex assets for transaction, litigation, and financial reporting purposes in a multitude of industries. She prepares business valuation analyses and reports and presents completed analyses to brokers and sellers. Throughout these engagements, Kate performs industry, economic and company-specific research to support her conclusions. She incorporates Valuation Rules and the Golden Rule into her work, providing sellers with financially sound, unbiased information. Kate strives to provide sellers the level of service they would provide, enabling all parties to make the best possible decision at the time with the information given. The granddaughter of four immigrants, the American Dream was instilled in her at an early age, as well as a life-long determination to make them proud.
Kate holds a degree from the University of Connecticut. When not working at Raincatcher, she enjoys cooking, being with friends and family, and attempting to play any sport with a racket.
