Marla DiCarlo is an accomplished business consultant with more than 28 years of professional accounting experience. As co-owner and CEO of Raincatcher, she helps business owners get their business ready to sell so they find the best buyer and get paid the maximum value for their business. Marla has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of several professional organizations.

From 2000 to 2008, Marla worked as Director of Accounting for an M&A and Investment group that specialized in the purchase, capitalization, and management of real estate and businesses in various sectors.

Based out of Denver, Colorado, Susan Frew sits at the helm of Raincatcher’s Value Builder services. A certified coach in both Value Builder and Profit First, she brings more than 30 years of experience to the team as an award-winning entrepreneur, author, accomplished public speaker, business coach and all around power-house of positive energy and focused intention. Her candid, real-world advice is always delivered with a smile and an action plan on how to improve, optimize, and maximize business goals of all shapes and sizes.

40 years of executive-level business experience covering a broad array of business scenarios, ranging from digital transformations and M&A to startups and deal integrations. He began his career as a copywriter, later working himself to the top of that company as its CEO, and has authored two books on healthy mindsets for business leaders. Cam has a true passion for helping business owners achieve their financial goals with proper support and representation.
