Brian McInerney




Brian brings over 20 years experience with small to medium size business transactions. Early in his career as a managing principal for a highly recognized New England based franchise, Brian was responsible for identifying and developing new business acquisitions. Following a successful sale of the parent company, Brian partnered with a Boston based boutique M&A brokerage firm focused on consulting and representing clients on the sell-side of the transaction. During this period Brian was the lead broker with over $50M in successful transactions across several different verticals.

Brian joins Raincatcher as seasoned intermediary having brokered numerous transactions on both the buy and sell-side behalf. As an expert with business valuation, negotiation and deal structure, expect Brian to achieve the highest value for your business. As a former business owner, he recognizes the value in providing client with excellent communication and detailed service throughout the process.


As a former collegiate athlete and serial entrepreneur, my competitive spirit has never ceased to stop pursuing life’s challenges. I’ve been fortunate to integrate my personal interests for fitness, hospitality and construction into successful business operations including health clubs, restaurants and senior housing developments. However, my favorite accomplishment has been raising my young family in the heart of New England. Coaching youth sports, heading to the mountains and hanging by the coast is where you’ll find us.
