Mike Levison





Mike Levison is a seasoned executive with over four decades of experience leading and transforming small and medium-sized businesses. As the Founder of Value Acceleration Partners and a member of the Raincatcher team, he specializes in helping companies optimize the outcome of a sales process. He firmly believes that a business’s value extends beyond just financial performance and he works closely with his clients to address all key value drivers before taking a company to market.

Previously, Mike was the CEO of Resolvion, one of the largest repossession management companies in the U.S., where he scaled the business from $8 million to $135 million in revenue. At ReMark Americas, he expanded the company’s reach across the Americas, growing revenues from $21.5 million to $65 million. His leadership at Coverdell & Company saw the firm’s growth from $4 million to over $60 million. Mike’s experience includes strategic market entry, acquisitions, and successful exits, making him a valuable partner for businesses aiming to enhance their market position and achieve premium purchase offers.


Mike was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and is a proud alumnus of the University of Georgia and has a lifelong passion for the Georgia Bulldogs. He has been married to Sharon for 40 great years, and together they have three children and a granddaughter. Mike loves playing pickleball and golf, savoring good barbecue, and is an avid traveler.
