Steve has over 15 years of business and transaction advisory experience focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, valuations, and strategic consulting. His clients have included entrepreneurs, multi-generational family-owned businesses, large international companies, and private equity covering a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and business services.
Before joining Raincatcher, Steve served at PMCF, delivering customized merger and acquisition services tailored to specialty companies and niche leaders within the middle-market sector. Steve holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems from Lehigh University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Steve has active FINRA Series 79, 63, and 82 licenses.Personal
Steve's journey has been as diverse and dynamic as the cities he's called home. Originally from Hershey, PA, he began his career as a professional soccer player before transitioning into a profession in public accounting and corporate finance. He initiated his professional journey with KPMG in Philadelphia, later holding various roles in New York, Chicago, and Detroit. Currently, Steve resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife and three boys. When he's not assisting clients, you can usually find Steve on the golf course, coaching youth soccer, or cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
