I’m the Operations & Marketing Coordinator at Raincatcher, with over nine years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, CRM, and business development, primarily with US based companies across agencies, startups, technology, video production, and professional services. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: improving systems, CRM workflows, campaigns, deal processes, QA, and reporting while using AI to reduce manual work and help teams move faster.
Personal
I’m from Bogotá, Colombia, and I’m naturally curious about AI, technology, business, marketing, investing, and anything that helps me keep learning. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new places and cultures, meeting people, playing piano, staying active through sports and fitness, and following the stock market. Most importantly, I value spending quality time with family and friends.
