Bringing precision, clarity, and confidence to every transaction.
Andy Henderson joined Raincatcher for its combination of strong transaction execution and an entrepreneurial, founder-focused approach. Coming from a public accounting background with experience across complex transactions and financial reporting, he was drawn to a model that allows him to apply that technical depth in a more hands-on, founder-focused way.

What stood out to him was the ability to look at transactions holistically, bring real technical depth to the process, and create value well beyond simply taking a business to market.
At his core, Andy is motivated by helping founders navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives with clarity, organization, and confidence. He has a natural way of bringing structure to complex situations, solving problems early, and helping clients achieve outcomes that reflect the value they have built.
Andy’s approach is grounded in his background as a licensed CPA, where he developed deep expertise across US GAAP, income tax, quality of earnings, and working capital. But what distinguishes him is not just technical rigor. It is his ability to pair that precision with a strong read on the human side of the process. He communicates clearly, understands how people are feeling in the moment, and helps guide them forward with confidence. He also believes great outcomes come from looking at the entire picture and staying ahead of issues before they become problems.
The feedback that means the most to Andy is simple: that he brought calm, clarity, and real value to a stressful and emotional process. To Andy, that is the signal that the details were handled, problems were anticipated, and the client felt supported from start to finish.
Raised on a farm in North Dakota, he brings a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to everything he does. He believes in doing the work the right way, treating people well, and bringing energy, care, rigor, and integrity to every engagement.
Outside of work, Andy spends his time with family, enjoys cars and wine, and looks forward to time at the cabin in the summer.
